1 General Rules

7 Account Closure and Suspension

H99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason. In particular, violations of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate account closure.

Players may also voluntarily close their account by contacting h99 Support. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, a withdrawal will be made available — however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.

• Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.
• If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
• Accounts closed at a responsible gaming request may take a minimum of 6 months to reactivate.

8 Limitation of Liability
